Privacy Notice

At Goblinly, we take privacy seriously, especially when it comes to children. Our goal is to create a safe, playful space for learning without collecting or sharing personal data.

What We Don’t Collect

Goblinly does not ask for names, email addresses, photos, or any other identifying information. Players are given automatically generated nicknames made up of friendly words, never real names. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising tools, or analytics that identify individual users.

What We Do Process

When players use Goblinly, the text they submit for gameplay may be processed by trusted technology partners (for example, language models such as ChatGPT). This helps generate the goblins’ funny answers and challenges. These services may handle small pieces of text temporarily to produce a response, but they do not store or link this data to any user identity. We never sell or share this data with advertisers or third parties.

How We Keep It Safe

Goblinly does not maintain user accounts or personal profiles. No data is stored on our servers after a session ends. We do not use tracking pixels, cookies, or behavior-based advertising. All interactions are designed to be short-lived and educational.

For Parents and Teachers

We believe children deserve spaces to explore and learn safely online. Goblinly follows child privacy standards inspired by the COPPA and GDPR frameworks, focusing on minimal data use and maximum transparency. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to our team at privacy@goblinly.com.

Goblinly is built to be fun, safe, and respectful of every player’s privacy because every learner deserves a little magic without losing their peace of mind.
